Sean Gupanis

Sean is Perth born and raised and graduated from Curtin University in 2020. Since then, he has worked in a private practice in his hometown before recently making the move over to Canberra. Sean has a strong interest working with the athletic population and his experience working with multiple soccer and AFL sporting teams, and playing competitive sports himself, means he knows the importance of returning to your sport pain-free as soon as possible. Sean is also very passionate about treating the general population and has seen a broad number of conditions and presentations. He also has extensive experience working with the NDIS population, specifically children with autism spectrum disorder and cerebral palsy. Sean adopts a positive and engaging “can-do” approach to treatment with a personalised exercise-based plan, in-line with the most recent evidence, to assist all his clients in feeling comfortable and confident whilst completing their personal physiotherapy goals. Sean’s always up for a chat - pick a sport and he probably watches it. However, supporting the Western Bulldogs and Southampton FC is where you will see his biggest interest. He also can’t wait to hear about all the best places to visit in his new hometown!

Mitchell McGee

Mitch graduated from Charles Sturt University's Orange campus in 2014, then returned home to Canberra to commence work in both sporting and musculoskeletal fields of physiotherapy. Since this time, Mitch has been exposed to a wide variety of conditions and clients ranging from high-level athletes, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation clients, to non- active population. As a competitive rugby league and basketball player in his own right, Mitch has developed a unique insight into the demands of high-level sporting performance and, as such, has developed special interests in orthopaedic surgical rehabilitation, lower limb injuries and shoulder and upper limb rehabilitation. Mitch is a skillful manual therapist who also uses exercise prescription as well as other evidence-based practices to get his client's back to their sporting pursuits as quickly as possible. If you enjoy talking about sports, how good Canberra is, or how disappointing the current and previous Raiders season have been, be prepared for an earful of chat.
