Exercise Programs

If you’re wanting to get back into exercise after a hiatus we can help you get back, better, faster and stronger with designing a graduated return to exercise program.  Not only can our physio’s and massage therapist look after all your prehab and post-op needs but also general exercise needs including:

  • Musculoskeletal Screenings (MSS)
  • Strapping workshops
  • Mobility workshops – How to use foam rollers, massage sticks and trigger balls
  • Return to exercise/sport programs
  • Improving balance and joint mobility for higher level activities

We have some great partners in the community who also design their programs specifically for beginners or those returning from long breaks including injuries and post-natal women.

At your initial appointment we will look to perform a MSS (musculskeletal screening) to check for any limitations or restrictions that might need to be taken into consideration when recommencing your chosen activity/sport, that way we can scale or adapt techniques so that you can still do what you love.  We always encourage follow up appointments in order to either help progress your load or for prehab purposes in order to keep you moving at your best.
